Each 40g serving carries 100mg of caffeine, roughly equivalent to one and a half espressos or a cup of brewed coffee, and delivers 25g of carbohydrate through a fructose-to-glucose blend at a 0.8:1 ratio for a high weight-to-energy ratio.
