Oskar Oatbar's 390s Nuts bar is the whole package of your favorite nut-mix. Made from organic oat flakes (24%), wheat flour, honey, agave syrup, date syrup, maple syrup, brazil nuts and pecans, hazelnuts, rice syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and sea salt.
Per 100g (per 60g serving): 1591kJ / 380kcal (956kJ / 228kcal) energy, 64g (38g) carbohydrates of which 36.4g (21.9g) sugars, 6.5g (3.9g) protein, 9.3g (5.6g) fat of which 1.5g (0.9g) saturated, and 0.1g (0.1g) salt.
It contains cereals with gluten and nuts, and may contain traces of sesame.
