Terms of Service (AGB)

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed via the online store of:

These Terms apply to consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The contract is concluded when your order is accepted via confirmation email or when the goods are dispatched.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable statutory VAT.

Payment is processed via Shopify and its integrated payment providers (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver to the countries specified in the online store.

Delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages.

If delays occur, you will be informed as soon as possible.

The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods.

5. In-Store Pickup

You may choose to collect your order at our store:

The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover of the goods.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Detailed information on the right of withdrawal, including conditions, deadlines, and procedures, is provided in our separate Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung).

8. Warranty (Gewährleistung)

The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

Liability for personal injury remains unaffected.

10. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these Terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
