Maurten's Gel 100 CAF uses the brand's natural hydrogel technology and adds 100mg of caffeine per serving, roughly the equivalent of one and a half espressos or a cup of brewed coffee, sharpening focus and easing the feeling of fatigue right when energy starts to dip. Each serving delivers 25 grams of carbohydrates through a fructose-to-glucose blend at a 0.8:1 ratio, built from seven ingredients with no added colorants, preservatives or flavors.
