It is cut from Italian-made STORM2®, a tightly woven shell that combines windproof protection and water resistance with the breathability to stay comfortable as conditions change, with no membrane needed. Relaxed and substantial in shape, with raglan sleeves, a drawcord waist, adjustable cuffs, Napoleon and side pockets and 360° reflectivity after dark.
