Portal's Biome Insulated Parka is a midweight, synthetically insulated jacket for winter hikes. Filled with Thermore® Ecodown, it packs down like down but keeps the water-resistant qualities of synthetic fill, and stows into its own internal pocket. Breathable underarm panels, a cinch at hood and hem, two zip hand pockets and a zip chest pocket.
